Booking Policy

Booking & Confirmation: All lesson bookings must be completed through our website. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully made. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule a lesson no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling a lesson attracts a 50% rescheduling fee, calculated from the original booking fee. Requests made less than 24 hours to the lesson time will not be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their lessons at any time. However, cancellation fees or refunds are subject to the specific lesson package or promotion booked, and fees already paid may not be refundable. Online Lesson Guidelines: For online lessons, Students are expected to be seated and ready at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrival may result in reduced lesson time. Lessons will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival Attendance & Missed Lessons: Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be considered a missed session and may not be rescheduled or refunded. Instructor Availability: In the unlikely event that an instructor needs to reschedule or cancel a lesson, clients will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
